We hope that your dog will love our all-natural dog treats. Due to the nature of our products (food items), if your dog or you are not happy with our dog treats we have the following refund policy:

• We can only accept packages that have not been opened for a refund.
• Any opened package of treats will not receive any refund.
• Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and packing.
• Orders returned without first contacting us and obtaining a return authorization number will not receive a refund.
• Please make sure to include your original order# in your request for an RA#

Steps to receive your refund:

1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number for the unopened packages you are returning.
2. Mail the unopened packages back to our return address on our mailing label within 7 days of receiving your return authorization number.
3. You are responsible to pay for return postage and packaging.
